Terms of Sale

Payment Terms: Buyer shall pay the full invoice amount within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments will incur a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

Transfer of Ownership: Title and ownership of the artwork transfer to the Buyer only upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping and Insurance: Buyer is responsible for shipping, packaging, and insurance costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Artist is not liable for damage or loss during transit; it is the Buyer’s responsibility to address such issues directly with the shipper or insurer.

Copyright and Reproduction: The Artist retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without the Artist’s prior written consent.

Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds or returns are only permitted if the artwork arrives damaged. Buyer must notify Artist within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence of such damage.

Care of Artwork: Buyer agrees to display and care for the artwork in a manner consistent with best industry practices to preserve its condition.

Certificate of Authenticity: A certificate of authenticity will be provided for original works, as indicated.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution: This sale shall be governed by the laws of New York City. Any disputes will first be subject to mediation between the parties prior to legal action.

Entire Agreement: This Addendum, together with the invoice and any written modifications, constitutes the entire agreement between Artist and Buyer.
